They were born on the racetrack, but they are perfectly suitable for the chaotic driving conditions imposed by our city traffic. Malossi Brake Pads have been designed with new ecological materials (a high percentage of carbon fibre and other metal fibres make up the pad s mixture).
- Brake Pads Sport feature increased braking life compared to the original pads and in addition they supply a greater braking power even at lower speeds.
- Brake Pads MHR are slower to reach working temperature but provide exceptional braking at elevated speeds where deceleration is needed the most.

Delta Clutch was born in the racing scene as an irreplaceable tool. On track it has allowed the Malossi team mechanics to adjust automatic clutches of the scooters rapidly and accurately, depending on the type of track and the type of engine tuning.
The perfect operation of this automatic device is fundamental to obtain a good start from standstill, and to exit from tight bends where the speed of the vehicle decreases. The advantages offered by these clutches when compared with the standard ones are huge, even for a road vehicle, because they allow sophisticated tune-ups for a very wide range of engine revs.
Delta Clutch is marketed with a sport tune-up, coupled with a range of optional accessories that allow for a race setting at the highest levels.
Delta Clutch is adaptable for both competition and city and sporting use: these clutch assemblies were designed by Malossi, who is directly is in control of their production,materials choice.
After fitting, each clutch assembly is balanced on a special computermanaged machine, within values around 3/10 of a gram.
Delta Clutch is supplied assembled and set for road and sporting use, with three white small springs with a 1,6 mm-diameter wire.
Two springs sets, one for road use, art. 29 8746 , and one for racing use, art. 29 8747 are available on request, which allow to increase enormously the Delta Clutch setting range.
We all know that clutch behaviour only affects acceleration, and not speed, the- refore there are no certification problems for these devices.
This is even more stimulating in creating other novelties to satisfy our customers.

Delta Clutch

Delta Clutch is a clutch developed within the scooter racing circuits and in a short period has become a benchmark product, key to scooter performance.

The simplicity of the system quickly allows spring adjustment with regards to centrifugal force and the possibility of interchanging a spring with different K values. These values are listed in the Malossi catalogue.

Another option this system allows is position adjustment of the small mass which determines the pressure between friction material and clutch bell. In addition, this small mass is interchangeable with other masses of varying weights.

The complete system is patented to protect against shameless attempts to copy and falsify the product.

Delta has attained the recognition of many qualified tuners and the facts are the proof: used by all the racing teams and a vast amount of sport riders, resulting in a continuous increase in sales.

As always, Malossi constantly analyses its products during their operation and Delta is no exemption. It has been optimized by implementing small but important updates, maintaining Delta as a leading edge product.

We are very proud of the fact that Malossi clutches are asbestos free, however, much investment in research was needed in achieving this present level of quality, reliability, and especially selection of friction materials.
