RETURNS
Malossi USA Online accepts only returns with authorization number
and only for claimed product defects. The credit or exchange of parts
is after Malossi inspection of the item. We will charge customer
credit card for shipment of parts returned and not accepted as
defective.
In the event customer orders the wrong part we will, with
authorization number assigned accept back parts in original packaging
and unopened. These parts must be returned at customer expense and are
subject to a 20% restocking charge and a $10.00 charge for repackaging
if necessary.
In the event Malossi USA Online ships the wrong part by error a
shipping ticket with a return authorization will be issued at Malossi
USA Online expense.
